Dr. Impett was born in San Francisco, CA. She knew since the age of 5 yrs she wanted to be a veterinarian. She has spent the last 30 years working with animals. During her pre vet studies at the University of Washington, she began volunteering at the Seattle Humane Society to gain experience in the field. After college she earned her RVT license and worked and the SF SPCA and again at Seattle Humane, this time as the Medical Services Supervisor.
After years in small animal medicine, Dr. Impett was encouraged to go back to school to be a veterinarian. After graduating from Western University of Health Sciences in 2010, she completed a rotating internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in San Diego. Dr. Impett then went into private practice before going back to shelter medicine at the City of Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care and Adoption Center from July 2014-2020.
During Covid she began her own house call practice and began helping various local hospitals and emergency clinics who were short staffed. She joined Animals Care Services as the principal veterinarian in April 2022.
In her free time, Dr. Impett enjoys spending time with her two daughters and many pets. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, sunshine and spending time in the water, regardless of whether it's the beach, the river, or the pool, she is happy.
Dr. Bryan Kim grew up in Seoul, Korea and knew from the age of 10 that he wanted to become a veterinarian. After beginning his veterinary studies in Korea, he sought broader learning opportunities and moved to the United States. He completed clinical rotations at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and then underwent an intensive post-graduate small animal training at the Animal Medical Center (AMC) in New York.
In 1998, he obtained his California veterinary license and began practicing in the Hollywood area. In 2004, he opened TLC Animal Clinic in Chino Hills where he served as Owner/Medical Director for 20 fulfilling years. In 2024, he entered semi-retirement and now combines his time between practice, volunteering and teaching as a professor at a veterinary school in Seoul, Korea.
He is married with two children and shares a home with three beloved dogs - Bella, Beau and Boba. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and studying world history.
Dr. Silverman was born in Los Angeles and raised in Bakersfield, Ca. Although no one in his family had a medical background or much interest in animals, he was interested in becoming a veterinarian since the age of twelve. After highschool, Dr. Silverman attended UCLA before transferring to UC Davis to pursue his dream of attending vet school. While at Davis, he completed a BS in Animal Science, a MS in Animal Science/Nutrition and then graduated from vet school with his DVM degree. He took the equine track his senior year in vet school and moved to Norco following graduation, and accepted a position with Norco Equine Hospital.
After several years Dr. Silverman went out on his own and established Silverman Equine Veterinary Service which he worked full time for 30 years. Although he still practices in the equine field on a limited basis, fifteen years ago he became a staff veterinarian for Avid microchip company, a position he holds to this day. He looks forward to growing more as the Medical Director of Animal Care Services.
While the past years saw Dr. Silverman riding and showing horses and mules and packing into wilderness environments, fly fishing, sailing and rebuilding sailboats takes up what free time he may have now.
Emma always knew she wanted to work with animals from the tender age of 8yrs after reading the hilarious stories of a veterinarian from the British Yorkshire Dales (James Herriot) in his book All Creatures Great and Small.
Now with over 30 years of nursing and leadership experience in the veterinary industry in areas of general practice, emergency and critical care, avian, exotics, surgery, dentistry, equine, large animal, shelter medicine, and as a director and instructor in a veterinary technology program, Emma understands that education, communication, professionalism, compassion, empathy and the culture of community are the hallmarks of what makes a veterinary practice great and she is dedicated to ensuring her team work together for the same goal of improving the lives of humans through the well care of their beloved pets.
During days off, Emma loves to be immersed in the natural environment so is often out exploring new places in her beat up old Landrover and hiking with her two furry floofs Dougall and Orla. Emma's spirit animal is a Meerkat, as like her they often seen sitting silently in nature taking in the sights and the sounds of their surroundings.
When clients walk through the front door, Jennifer is often the first team member they will see ready with a warm smile to greet them in. Jennifer enjoys her role managing the day to day tasks associated with the front desk, and looks forward to each opportunity where she can best help a client navigate through their visit with us.
During downtime, Jennifer enjoys hiking, camping and playing with her two Shepherds, Sandy and Daisy, her cat called Six and Crazy her 36 yr old lilac crowned Amazon.
Anthony's compassion for animals led him to seek work in the veterinary industry, he loves being surrounded by animals and getting to know their human family members whenever they visit. Anthony's white glove standard provides an exceptional experience for our clients.
When not supporting the front desk team, Anthony spends his downtime working out at the gym or watching sports. His spirit animal is the Sloth as like Anthony, they enjoy just hanging out.
Being mad about animals and understanding how strong the bond is between pets and their parents was the driving force that led Jamilet to her position in veterinary customer care. What Jamilet likes best about her role are her interactions with our clients, getting to know them and their four legged family members, and being able to educate them on the benefits of routine veterinary care.
When not providing customer service, Jamilet splits her time between dancing, enjoying her favorite food pasta, going to the beach to watch the sunset, cruising on late night drives, binge watching 'Friends', and cuddling her three Pomeranians Chanel, Luna and Tessa. Jamilet's spirit animal is the Wolf because like her, they value social connections and have an appetite for freedom.
Ashley has always had a soft-heart for animals and this is what led her to a career in the veterinary industry. Ashley adores being surrounded by 4-legged furry pets and interacting with our pet parents. Ashley is also passionate about educating clients on the benefits of routine veterinary care and how preventative wellness can help to extend the life of each pet.
During her free time, Ashley enjoys off-roading in the high deserts of Hesperia as well as horseback riding. She also enjoys caring for the many animals on her friends farm whenever needed.
Lindsey began her nursing career with us as an intern when she was enrolled in Platt College's veterinary technology program. She then joined our team as a veterinary assistant. Lindsey has just passed her veterinary technician national exam (VTNE) and is currently awaiting licensure from the veterinary medical board. We are so excited to witness her professional journey as she transitions from her role as assistant to veterinary technician.
Lindsey's passion for animal wellbeing and nursing continues to be evident in the attention and gentle care she provides to all of our pet patients.
Diane always knew as a child that she wanted to work with animals when she grew up. As an RVT, Diane enjoys being involved in the health care of her patients, knowing that her nursing knowledge and skills contribute to their wellbeing. Diane is also passionate about pet dental health care, cleaning pets teeth and educating clients on the importance of good pet dental/oral hygiene.
In her free time, Diane enjoys being in nature, writing, singing, drawing, crafting, going to concerts and car shows, visiting historic places, collecting crystals and many other interesting hobbies.
Diane's family members include 18 cats, 8 rabbits a lot of fish and a 3-legged mouse. Diane's spirit animal is a big black wolf who offers protection.
Danay loves the connection that animals have with their humans and how calm she feels when in their company.
In her spare time, Danay enjoys hanging out at the beach with her kids, hiking, drawing and playing with her furry friends, feline Luna and Vixey and Lady her Chihuahua mixes. Danay's spirit animal is a Bear for it symbolizes strength, courage and protection.
Arabelles love for animals began when she visited her grandpa's ranch as a young girl, being with the animals there brought her so much joy. Now Arabelle brings that joy to ensuring each pet under her care remains comfortable and happy during their stay with us.
When not working, Arabelle likes going to the gym, ride her bike and play with her orange tabby Nala, her red-nose Pitbull Roxy and fiery husky/chihuahua mix Flex. Arabelle's spirit animal is a duck as she believes they represent freedom and beauty.
Jennifer's spirit animal is the wise old owl.
Charlotte began her journey with us as a student veterinary assistant intern and was invited to join our team due to the high level of compassion she has shown to all of the pets she interacted with during her internship.
Vivian has always felt empathetic towards animals for as long as she can remember. Being able to create a bond with each pet that she cares for brings her the most satisfaction. Knowing that she has made a difference in each pets lives by removing fear and replacing it with trust is why she loves her job.
During her downtime, Vivian enjoys watching shows, taking naps accompanied by her Pitbull Nina and Pomeranian Simba, and drinking anything that has a floral cold foam on top.
